Job summary

Skydance Games, a division of Paramount, seeks a VP, Head of Strategy & Business Operations to partner with leadership and build the operating foundation for the growing games business in Los Angeles. Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate strategy, strategic finance, business operations, management consulting or related fields.
• Advanced financial modeling and executive-level presentations.
• Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop division strategy and long-range planning with Games leadership.
• Lead data strategy, KPI architecture and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Model major Paramount Games deals and support transactions.
• Deliver industry, competitive and market intelligence to leadership.
• Design the operating rhythm and governance for Paramount Games.
