Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Project Manager within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) to lead AI transformation initiatives in Payments. You will manage delivery of new and enhanced products, operating models and processes tied to data across the firm.

You will coordinate with Product and Technology teams and senior stakeholders to ensure governance, milestones, and risk management are in place, driving successful outcomes across cross-functional squads.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven product delivery.
• Agile delivery experience in productized environments.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Payments domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change projects end-to-end from initiation through to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams and other firmwide groups to oversee design, development, testing, and implementation of strategic solutions.
• Develop and communicate the project roadmap and priorities to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Establish governance to oversee delivery of the project roadmap with stakeholder engagement.
• Manage cross-functional teams across the firm to deliver expected outcomes.
• Design and track project success measures and metrics aligned to goals; report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, addressing roadblocks and contingency plans.
• Ensure project data is correctly represented in systems of record.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
• Lead high-performing cross-functional teams toward delivery milestones.
