• Gather client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to influence AI product strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal AI teams to represent client perspectives.
• Support client onboarding and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, including workshops and executive reviews.
• Address client questions regarding AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
