Job summary

The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Client Engagement teams to ensure client needs shape Fidelity's AI solutions, while advancing governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, strategy, or tech leadership.
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to executives.
• Experience launching or managing AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes and roadmaps.
• Lead client discussions with executives on AI trends and governance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and risk teams.
• Gather client feedback and prioritize AI solutions.
• Develop executive presentations and client-facing content.
• Support onboarding and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
