Job summary
SaxeCap is hiring a Vice President, AI Strategy & Deployment to join our AI transformation team. You will own the full lifecycle of AI-driven value creation across our PE partner portfolio, from first sponsor engagement, through deep technical and strategic analysis, to managing engineers and deploying solutions that move EBITDA.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience across PE, AI/ML product management, strategy consulting or related fields.
- Experience leading teams of 5+ engineers/scientists and meeting ambitious timelines.
- Real fluency in AI/ML; ability to discuss architectures and data pipelines with technical teams.
- Experience shipping ML products or GenAI solutions is a strong differentiator.
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle of AI-driven value creation for PE partner portfolio.
- Design transformation roadmaps for portfolio companies and manage deployments.
- Underwrite investments and lead business development with new partners.
