Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a VP, AI Strategy & Delivery to drive AI strategy and execution across AI Labs, Pacvue Agent, and ML initiatives. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and shapes AI across retail media, DSPs, measurement, and workflows.

You will build and scale a global AI/Data Science organization, partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM, and maintain an executive presence with customers and partners. Travel to China and US meetings is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI/ML/Data Science leadership in a product-led, enterprise software / ad tech environment.
• Experience leading teams across AI Labs, ML, and Data Science with measurable customer impact.
• Strong executive presence and ability to articulate AI value to brands, agencies, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pacvue’s AI vision to customers and partners.
• Lead and scale Pacvue AI/DS teams and the agentic AI roadmap.
• Accelerate Pacvue Agent and agentic AI capabilities across customer workflows and product surfaces.
• Own AI Labs and experimentation with rapid prototyping and disciplined evaluation.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, GTM to translate AI into business value.
