• PhD or master's in a quantitative field with healthcare or life-sciences experience.
• 12+ years in AI research, health data science, clinical evidence, or product development.
• Deep hands-on ML for structured/unstructured health data; strong Python tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year scientific agenda with milestones and gates.
• Lead model development, validation, and production-readiness with engineering.
• Define data requirements, validation criteria, and reproducibility standards.
• Build clinical evidence and credibility through retrospective/prospective studies.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary research organization.
