Job summary

Verantos invites a Senior Product Manager to own a product that turns complex clinical data into high‑quality, defensible evidence. You will set the vision, align with AI/ML teams, and prioritize features that scale across therapeutic areas.

You will work with annotators, SMEs, data engineers, and customer success to translate needs into repeatable, trusted outputs while practicing rapid prototyping with LLMs. Join a team advancing healthcare AI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical, scientific, or medical field.
Significant product management experience, including senior ownership of AI-powered products.
Hands-on use of LLMs and building tools to prototype and accelerate work.
Working knowledge of NLP/ML concepts and model evaluation.
Ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered capabilities.
Experience with data-intensive, enterprise applications and multi-tenancy.
Proficiency with agile development and JIRA; ability to break work into epics and stories.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap across the product area.
Collaborate with annotators, SMEs, AI/data engineers, and customer success to translate needs into scalable outputs.
Champion transparency, scalability, and AI-enabled decision making.
Work in an AI-native, prototype-first way using LLMs and modern tools to test ideas.
Define and measure success metrics and drive prioritization.
Manage release processes and develop launch materials with marketing and sales.
