• Credibility and curiosity in ML product engineering and AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ML Research function, responsible for delivery, quality, performance, and roadmap execution.
• Build and scale a global, high-performing team with initiative ownership.
• Partner with Fortune 100 customers and GTM to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to drive cutting-edge research.
• Shape long-term vision and org design aligned with growth and product evolution.
• Mentor senior ML Research leaders and foster accountability, speed, and results.
• Represent ML Research in planning cycles including headcount and budget.
