Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a VP, Client Services to lead AI-powered pharmaceutical and biotech accounts. You will drive growth, excellence, and innovation across a portfolio by fusing Agentic AI with human expertise, to reinvent planning, execution, and optimization of commercialization and marketing efforts.

You will mentor teams, champion new operating models, and partner with leaders to co-create AI-enabled offerings while ensuring client satisfaction and scalable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of client services/account leadership in pharma/healthcare marketing.
• Experience with digital, omnichannel, data-driven marketing and AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner and day-to-day executive lead for AI-powered accounts, building trust and guiding adoption of the Agentic AI platform.
• Lead development of integrated omnichannel programs leveraging the EVERSANA platform from launch through LOE, measuring brand impact.
• Define and socialize KPIs (satisfaction, adoption, retention, revenue) and create actionable optimization roadmaps.
• Shape proposals, lead pitches, and grow the book of business through new and organic growth.
• Oversee forecasting, SOW, pricing, and profitability across the portfolio; manage risks and opportunities.
