Job summary

VWH Capital Management, LP is seeking a Vice President, AI Platform Lead to transform the business into an AI-native platform. You will own the data foundation, deploy agentic capabilities, and scale them across teams.

This is the central accountability role for AI, partnering with senior management to adopt tools and ensure security, compliance, and governance standards. You will work with multiple teams to identify where AI reduces manual work while maintaining control and oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT, data engineering, or applied AI/ML roles.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based tools into internal workflows with secure deployments.
• Familiarity with enterprise security concepts: SSO/SAML, access provisioning, and data governance.
• Strong cross-functional communicator across departments with varying tech expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic, AI-native platform spanning data integration, AI models and tools, workflow orchestration, and data governance.
• Develop and deploy the firm’s AI roadmap and evaluate onboarding new AI capabilities.
• Design and enforce security and access controls for AI tools, including SSO enforcement and data-handling policies.
• Partner with all departments to identify AI-enabled efficiency gains and drive change end-to-end.
• Set standards and guardrails for how AI is used with sensitive data.
• Serve as an internal trainer and champion for safe and effective use of AI tools.
