Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX seeks a product leader to own the AI automation roadmap for the payments platform, delivering measurable improvements in reliability, triage speed, and risk management. Translate business needs into PRDs and guide PoCs to production-scale ML/LLM systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and risk teams, define success metrics, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch, aligning stakeholders across operations and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data/AI-enabled products from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of ML models, anomaly detection, operationalization (monitoring, drift, retraining, alert quality).
• Hands-on Python and SQL to partner, prototype, validate datasets/outputs.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, including RAG, prompts, evaluation, and failure modes.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems, tool-using agents, guardrails, human-in-the-loop designs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI automation roadmap for payments platform with measurable outcomes (reliability, triage speed, STP).
• Identify/high-impact workflows for AI augmentation (investigation, reconciliation, anomaly classification).
• Lead PoC development to validate value and scale successful PoCs.
• Define data requirements, PRDs/user stories, acceptance criteria, phased plans.
• Partner with engineering/ML teams to design LLM + RAG solutions and safety controls.
• Define and track success metrics (precision/recall, false positives, latency, automation rate).
• Drive stakeholder alignment and end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Manage change readiness and compliance with risk controls across partners.
