Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President and AI Enablement Lead in Alpharetta within the Research Technology Management group. This role oversees a dedicated AI Enablement team and drives adoption, development, and governance of generative AI across Global Research.

The candidate will translate analyst needs into scalable AI solutions, manage the enablement lifecycle, and balance centrally developed tools with custom solutions, while leading training and measuring impact for senior leadership.

Qualificações

• 5-10+ years in financial services, investment research, fintech, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, and Python.
• Proven team leadership, product/project management, and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to bridge business, technology, and governance functions while driving enterprise AI initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and shape AI adoption strategy for Global Research, prioritizing high-value use cases and roadmaps.
• Lead the AI Enablement team (5 Prompt Engineers, 4 Annotators), setting priorities and ensuring delivery.
• Translate Research needs into AI solutions with analysts, tech, data and product teams.
• Drive AI governance and compliance with risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
