Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Technical Product Owner-Vice President to shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an AI-enabled enterprise document platform serving the firm. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through launch, partner with engineering and data teams, define KPIs, and drive adoption and measurable business impact across the document lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership, owning end-to-end product strategy and execution.
• Experience delivering enterprise technical products, platform services, APIs, integrations, data products, workflow solutions, or shared capabilities through multiple releases.
• Strong technical fluency across system and platform architecture, APIs, data models, cloud patterns, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience partnering with engineers and architects to evaluate solution options, manage technical debt, and balance customer value with platform health.
• Advanced product-management discipline across discovery, hypothesis development, prioritization, backlog, agile delivery, and product operations.
• Knowledge of telemetry, experimentation, and AI product development; ability to apply AI/ML concepts to product problems.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau for product delivery and reporting

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate an inspiring product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an enterprise AI-enabled platform.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through prioritization, delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Develop deep understanding of customer journeys and outcomes through research, feedback, analytics, and cross-firm collaboration.
• Translate needs into epics, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog against strategic value.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to shape options, trade-offs, APIs, data contracts, cloud patterns, and security considerations.
• Define product outcomes and use data to measure adoption, reliability, efficiency, risk reduction, and business impact.
• Lead product launches, onboarding, and change readiness to maximize value realization.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and present clear narratives and progress to teams and senior leaders.
