Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a VP Technical Product Owner to shape and deliver an AI-enabled platform used across the enterprise. You will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery, collaborating with engineering, data, design, and controls teams to translate complex customer needs into scalable products.

You will guide discovery, define outcomes, and drive adoption while ensuring governance, security, and performance.

Qualifications

7+ years in technical product management or product ownership for complex technology products.
Experience delivering enterprise technical products, platform services, APIs, data products, or shared capabilities across multiple releases.
Strong fluency in system and platform architecture, APIs, data-driven integrations, cloud patterns, security, observability, and non-functional requirements.
Experience partnering with engineers and architects to evaluate options, manage debt, and balance value with platform health.
Advanced product-management discipline across discovery, framing, prioritization, backlog, agile delivery, and release planning.
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI in product development, including data readiness and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Set and communicate a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an enterprise AI-enabled platform.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and value realization.
Understand customer journeys and outcomes through research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
Translate needs into epics, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria; prioritize the backlog by value.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture to shape options, sequence enablers, and manage debt.
Define platform services and data capabilities with measurable outcomes and enterprise standards.
Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML/genic AI to problems like intelligent processing, classification, and automation.
Measure adoption, reliability, efficiency, risk reduction, and business impact through telemetry and business metrics.
Lead launches, onboarding, and change management to ensure value realization.
Present clear narratives to stakeholders and executives to align on priorities.
