Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an enterprise AI-enabled document management platform. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, data, and controls teams to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep technical fluency, strong storytelling, and the ability to influence across a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership for complex technology products or enterprise platforms
• Experience delivering enterprise technical products, platform services, APIs, integrations, data products, or workflow solutions
• Strong technical fluency across system and platform architecture, APIs, data-driven integrations, cloud patterns, scalability, security
• Experience partnering with engineers and architects to evaluate options, manage debt, and balance value with delivery risk
• Advanced product-management discipline across discovery, prioritization, backlog management, agile delivery, and product operations
• Experience defining KPIs and using telemetry, experiments, and financial measures to drive decisions and adoption

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate an inspiring product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an enterprise AI-enabled platform
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Develop deep understanding of customer journeys through research, analytics, and cross-firm collaboration
• Translate needs into outcomes, epics, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to shape solution options and balance trade-offs
• Define product outcomes and measure adoption, reliability, efficiency, and business value
• Lead product launches, onboarding, and change management to realize value
• Build alignment across stakeholders and present progress to teams and senior leaders
