Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a senior leader to own the AI delivery-maturity roadmap across multiple product lines. You will govern AI-enabled development with gates, security review, and measurable outcomes, while guiding engineers toward agentic, human-on-the-loop delivery and strong architectural standards.

The role requires hands-on use of AI tools, comfort with cloud platforms, and a track record of translating AI capability into customer value and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated hands-on use of AI development tools with a clear point of view on benefits and limitations.
Experience leading engineering teams and governance for AI deployments.

Responsibilities

Own the AI delivery-maturity roadmap across all products and lifecycle stages.
Establish governance including review gates and security review of AI-generated code.
Lead engineering teams to agentic, human-on-the-loop delivery with guardrails and measurable outcomes.
Set technology standards, architectural direction, and documentation across the portfolio.
Report AI delivery maturity and business outcomes on a recurring executive cadence.
