Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a visionary executive to lead the Publisher Experience and Platform for Mastercard Commerce Media in New York.

You will own the end-to-end platform vision, drive a multi-year roadmap, and ensure onboarding, monetization, and reporting are integrated across front-end, back-end, and decisioning components. Qualifications

• Solid Ad Tech platform experience.
• Background in commerce media, marketplaces, or real time platforms.
• Platform owner of a commerce media business, built from the ground up or intimately familiar with existing platforms.
• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure adjacent solutions at enterprise scale.
• Strong judgment in complex, high throughput, real time or decisioning driven environments.
• Demonstrated success partnering deeply with Engineering on technically sophisticated products.
• People leader, talent developer
• Experience driving AI enabled product strategies with a focus on responsible adoption.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end platform vision and multi year roadmap for the Commerce Media platform.
• Set strategy for publisher experience including front end, back end, adapters, core decisioning, monetization, reporting and onboarding.
• Drive API first product approach enabling extensibility and partner integrations.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure requirements align with architecture and operations.
• Champion responsible AI strategies to improve decision quality and time to market.
• Lead and mentor a senior team of product leaders across time zones.
