Edenred Pay USA is seeking a visionary VP of Product to define where we invest, what we build, why we build it, and how those investments drive customer value, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation. You will lead a portfolio spanning B2B payments capabilities and the software, APIs, data, and partner features enabling payment execution.

The role requires deep product leadership in SaaS/fintech, with experience translating market opportunities into a focused strategy that Enginee ring

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive product management and leadership in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience leading complex software portfolios and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong SaaS product management understanding and modern methodologies.
• Proven ability to partner with Engineering and Technology leadership.
• Commercial focus with pricing, monetization and profitability knowledge.
• Able to translate customer/market needs into scalable products.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in B2B payments, AP automation, procure-to-pay is a plus.
• Proven capability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
