Edenred Pay USA is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead onboarding and activation for all Edenred Pay customers across product lines. You will own the end-to-end delivery, from contract signature to ongoing account ownership, while building scalable processes and tooling to increase throughput and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ten years in professional services with five years leading managers in B2B SaaS/payments.
• Experience deploying AI or automation inside onboarding or professional services.
• Experience scaling onboarding function in fintech with >$100M ARR.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and implementation delivery for Edenred Pay customers from close to ongoing ownership.
• Manage operating metrics: kickoff time, time to first transaction, onboarding cycle, go-live forecast.
• Develop a 2–3 year professional services plan covering process, staffing, tooling, and automation.
• Segment onboarding for large vs. small accounts and define delivery motions.
• Apply AI/automation to increase capacity and retire manual tracking systems.
• Own onboarding/tools ecosystem and ensure system of record accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales on front-end requirements and handoffs; align with CRO.
• Plan, develop, and manage projects with scope, budget, margin, and revenue plan.
• Publish and enforce service standards; document delivery history in shared systems.
• Partner with product/engineering on defects and gaps affecting onboarding.
