Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Vice President, HR AI Enablement to lead the HR aspects of our enterprise AI acceleration initiative. You will drive workforce readiness, adoption of AI tools, and alignment of talent strategies to support AI-forward business transformation.

The role oversees Talent Management, Learning, and Leadership Development, and provides strategic guidance to HR Business Partners supporting HR and IT functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Technology, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years leading HR technology transformations and enterprise talent strategies.
• Experience redesigning operating models and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Proven ability to measure HR AI value with KPIs and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR AI initiatives and oversee Talent Management, Learning, and Leadership Development functions.
• Partner with leaders to translate AI initiatives into actionable HR strategies.
• Establish governance, budget, and resources for AI adoption across HR and IT.
• Drive workforce readiness and adoption of AI tools while ensuring ethical, compliant use of AI.
