The role requires 10+ years of HR technology transformation leadership and a proven track record in AI-driven organizational change within asset-intensive industries.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformations leveraging AI, automation or digital tech.
• Proven ability to redesign operating models and optimize end-to-end workflows.
• Experience building skills-based talent and upskilling programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive the enterprise workforce strategy for AI readiness and adoption.
• Develop governance frameworks for ethical, accountable AI use.
