Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a VP, HR AI Enablement to lead the HR aspects of our enterprise AI acceleration. You will drive workforce readiness, adoption of AI tools, and align talent strategies to support AI-led business transformation across the enterprise.

Reporting to the CHRO & SVP Communications, you will oversee Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, and HR Business Partners spanning HR and IT, building an AI-ready culture and measurable ROI.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology transformation and enterprise talent strategies.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale AI-enabled HR transformations.
• Redesigning operating models and end-to-end workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Experience designing skills-based talent and upskilling strategies.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled tools and insights into talent strategies.
• Ability to establish an HR AI value measurement system with KPI baselines and ROI.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, responsible AI, and cybersecurity.
