The role owns the strategy for digital check-in, digital keys, PMS, POS, and core IT Operations, driving innovation, cost optimization, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of hospitality technology, digital product management, or IT operations experience.
• 5+ years of Director-level or higher leadership experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale technology transformations and AI integration.

Aufgaben

• Lead Product, Engineering, and IT Operations teams across Digital Guest Services and Hospitality Technology.
• Develop and execute a multi-year AI-first product roadmap for guest journeys and self-service adoption.
• Own technology and product budgets, prioritizing AI-enabled infrastructure and observability tools.
• Restructure teams around value streams and establish performance metrics.
• Oversee property IT operations, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Drive AI adoption, workforce transformation, and secure, compliant hospitality tech implementations.
