Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts, headquartered in Milwaukee, seeks a Vice President of Information Technology to define and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap that strengthens guest experience, associate productivity, operational excellence, revenue growth, and enterprise scalability.

You will partner with division and corporate leadership to modernize legacy platforms, integrate data, and advance responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading technology teams in hospitality or multi-unit guest-facing environments.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead technology and digital transformation strategy for Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
• Partner with senior leadership on technology investments, operating model improvements, and enterprise risk.
• Drive digital capabilities to improve guest journey and revenue performance.
• Modernize hospitality technology ecosystems (PMS, POS, CRM, infrastructure).
• Oversee data/AI enablement for forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure security governance, PCI compliance, and SOX controls.
