Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC seeks a Senior Vice President of Technology to set and execute the companywide tech strategy for a complex 24/7 resort environment. You will oversee IT, data, AI, security, and digital platforms, partnering with the executive team to align investments with guest experience and revenue goals.

You will lead large, multifunctional teams, drive enterprise-wide transformation, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance across all technology domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise technology at a senior executive level.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, or 24/7 operations preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise AI strategies with governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise technology strategy aligned with growth.
• Lead all technology functions including infrastructure, cloud, IT operations, and data platforms.
• Partner with executives to prioritize and deliver strategic tech initiatives.
• Establish governance standards, models, and performance metrics.
• Lead digital transformation to improve guest experiences and business outcomes.
• Develop AI roadmap, governance, and adoption programs across the enterprise.
• Oversee data strategy, governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships.
