The role owns the end-to-end vision, architecture, and delivery of AI-enabled, agentic systems across Sales, Partner, and New Product Introduction (NPI) capabilities, while guiding a global team of AI engineers and architects.

Qualifications

20+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology with VP-level experience.
Strong AI engineering background with production-grade AI/ML systems experience.
Deep GTM domain knowledge with CRM/CPQ/billing systems experience.
Proven track record transforming seller/partner experiences with agentic AI.
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tech stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, MLOps).
Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; MS/PhD or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and own the AI-driven GTM platform architecture and roadmap.
Lead AI-native redesign of sales and partner workflows with multi-agent orchestration.
Architect scalable AI systems for GTM platforms and ensure production-grade delivery.
Mentor and scale a global team of AI engineers and solution architects.
Govern AI initiatives with risk management and responsible AI practices.
