Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in management consulting and/or CPG/retail pricing analytics.
• Proven track record in building pricing architecture and governance.
• Experience leading AI-enabled pricing transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own pricing strategy and architecture for each Gap Inc. brand.
• Build analytical foundations for pricing decisions, including elasticity modeling and benchmarking.
• Establish enterprise-level pricing governance with standards and guardrails.
• Lead pricing analytics function and partner with Brand leadership to deliver cross-functional analysis.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation in pricing with agentic workflows.
