Job summary

Gap Inc. is reimagining how it brings product to market through AI, digital innovation, and new ways of working. The VP, Enterprise Pricing Performance will build Gap Inc.'s pricing strategy capability from the ground up, defining architecture, standards, and promotions within an AI-powered operating model.

This foundational hire partners with Brand executives while leading a new Pricing Analytics team to deliver decision-ready insights at speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of experience in strategy or analytics with pricing analytics in CPG or retail.
• Proven track record of building pricing architecture, governance, and embedding into decision-making.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and AI-enabled analytics is a strong differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Define and own pricing strategy and architecture for each Gap Inc. brand.
• Build analytics foundations: elasticity modeling, competitive benchmarking, promotional effectiveness, yield management.
• Establish enterprise-level pricing governance and decision standards.
• Lead Pricing Analytics team and partner with Brand leads, Finance, and enterprise leadership.
