Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will define and execute the product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes for a portfolio including AI analytics platforms, data sharing and governance-enabled capabilities.

You will lead Product Managers and collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, and Governance to deliver secure, scalable enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Data Science.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 10+ years in Product Management, Data, Analytics, AI or Enterprise Tech.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy and roadmaps for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams aligning strategy, execution and client outcomes.
• Own KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs and value realization.
• Ensure data sharing, governance, security and responsible AI compliance.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
