Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a strategic VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to lead AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will shape the product vision, define roadmaps, and partner with Data Engineering, Security, Governance, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that drive client value.

You will oversee multiple teams, establish governance, measure outcomes with portfolio OKRs, and lead initiatives across analytics, data sharing, and semantic capabilities to enable trusted insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI Products or Enterprise Technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams and ensure alignment with strategy and client outcomes.
• Own product portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs with emphasis on quality, efficiency and value.
• Drive AI analyst and conversational analytics capabilities and measure adoption and business impact.
• Enable secure enterprise data sharing with governance, privacy and compliance controls.
• Engage stakeholders and translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
• Lead and develop Product Owners, Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams.
