Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes across a portfolio of AI and data platforms, collaborating with data engineering, security, governance and executive leadership to deliver secure, scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Products or Analytics Platforms.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners and managing portfolios.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, platform, reporting and self-service analytics products.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and client outcomes.
• Own product portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs, including quality, efficiency and value delivery.
• Drive AI analytics capabilities and data-sharing features with governance and security in mind.
• Lead and develop product delivery teams and establish best practices across AI, data and analytics.
