Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a strategic VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the AI-enabled enterprise data product strategy. You will lead a portfolio including analytics platforms, data sharing, and governance, partnering with leaders across security, governance, and architecture to deliver measurable business value.

You will guide Product Managers and Owners, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data capabilities that enhance decision-making and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IS, Engineering or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership responsibilities.
• 10+ years of progressive PM/Analytics experience with data products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products.
• Lead and coordinate multiple teams to align strategy with execution and client value.
• Drive AI-powered analytics capabilities and secure data sharing across the enterprise.
• Own KPIs, OKRs, and governance to ensure measurable business impact.
• Mentor Product Owners and cross-functional teams in Agile practices.
