Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will define the product strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of analytics and data-sharing capabilities, leading data-driven decisions and governance to drive client value at scale.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, Governance, AI Engineering and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable, governed solutions and measurable outcomes while mentoring Product Owners and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or related field is required.
• 10+ years in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI or Enterprise Technology.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, platform, reporting, self-service analytics, semantic modeling, AI/ML or conversational AI products.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, business cases and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in Agile or scaled Agile environments and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, business model and investment priorities for enterprise AI/data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
• Own product portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs; ensure security, privacy, governance and responsible AI compliance.
• Lead Product Owners, Scrum Masters and product delivery teams; establish PM practices across AI, data, analytics and platforms.
• Build relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders to realize value and drive adoption.
