Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager– AI Enabled Enterprise Data Products to define and execute the product strategy, roadmaps and business outcomes for its enterprise data portfolio.

You will lead Product Managers and Product Owners, partner with Data Engineering, Security, Governance, AI Engineering and Analytics to deliver secure, scalable and governable data products that drive trusted insights and measurable value for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IS, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI Products or Enterprise Technology.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners and managing product portfolios.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, platform, reporting and self-service analytics products.
• Strong Agile experience and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, aligning strategy, execution and client outcomes.
• Own portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs with focus on value delivery.
• Ensure data products are secure, governed, scalable and compliant with policies.
