Equinix seeks a Head of Digital for Commerce and Experience to lead vision, product strategy, and end-to-end delivery of a scalable, data-driven digital platform for global sales and services. This executive will align with CRO and CPO, drive AI-first initiatives, and partner with data-center operations to empower enterprise and hyperscaler customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in product management, digital transformation or tech leadership.
• 5+ years in senior leadership related to B2B marketplaces or sales/service portals.
• Strong business acumen and revenue strategy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for portals supporting CRO and CPO functions.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team and drive agile delivery.
• Engage with CRO, CPO, and Data Center Operations to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Lead change management and champion digital adoption across revenue org.
• Drive innovation and use AI/ML, analytics to improve forecasting and targeting.
