Salesforce is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead a high-performing enterprise CS team within the AI Labs portfolio. You will drive retention, adoption, and growth across a premier book of accounts, acting as an executive sponsor and ensuring strategic outcomes through data-driven insights.

You will build a world-class CS organization, foster an inclusive culture, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to align roadmaps with customer priorities while traveling up to 50%

Formación

• 15+ years leading teams of senior consultants or a Services/Customer Success function in an enterprise software company
• 7+ years of dedicated Customer Success leadership experience managing matrixed enterprise teams
• 10+ years of enterprise software experience with CRM, data, and IT deployments
• Proven track record of retaining, adopting, and expanding enterprise accounts
• Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders across global accounts with strong executive presence
• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate customer challenges into success plans
• Passion for AI and data-driven transformation in complex organizations
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally for alignment with customers and leadership

Responsabilidades

• Own health, retention, adoption, and growth of a defined AI Labs portfolio
• Serve as executive sponsor and escalation point for critical customer issues
• Drive measurable outcomes across adoption, expansion, retention, and product adoption
• Scale customer health frameworks and core business metrics (NNAOV, Attrition, CCR)
• Build and coach a world-class enterprise CS team and foster inclusive culture
• Develop future leaders and manage performance and career growth
• Cultivate trusted C-suite relationships and act as a thought leader in AI forums
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Alliances, and Support to align go-to-market strategies
