Publicis Groupe is seeking a Vice President, Commerce Media Strategy to lead the evolution of our commerce media strategy practice, team and product. This hybrid role requires proximity to New York, Chicago, or Detroit for collaboration with clients and teams.

The VP will set the strategic vision for planning and activation of commerce media, integrating data, technology, and AI to shape future media planning and client growth globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of media experience in an agency setting.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence senior clients and cross-functional partners.
• Deep experience in third-party commerce media with RMN knowledge.
• Strong adopter of AI to automate workflows and improve our product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Commerce Media Strategy practice with clear priorities.
• Define vision and roadmap for the future of commerce media strategy.
• Serve as senior capability lead for commerce media planning and strategy.
• Define how Connected Identity, audience intelligence, technology and measurement are applied.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Retail Consultancy, Analytics and Data leaders to connect to the broader ecosystem.
• Develop annual planning, investment strategy, and test-and-learn roadmaps translating objectives into action.
• Integrate commerce media into the agency’s Connected Media pillars.
