Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished technology leader to drive its Commerce Technology strategy across product, engineering, AI, and platform investments. You will shape digital commerce and CRM platforms, delivering scalable, customer‑centric capabilities across sales channels.

The role requires deep expertise in digital commerce, AI‑driven transformation, and enterprise governance while guiding enterprise partnerships and budgets. A strong executive presence and strategic vision are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 20+ years of technology leadership experience, including executive leadership within travel, hospitality, or digital commerce organizations, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale engineering teams and enterprise transformation.
• Deep expertise in digital commerce technologies, including web, mobile, CRM, contact center, cloud, API, and enterprise platform architectures.
• Demonstrated success defining technology strategy, product roadmaps, and delivering large‑scale digital transformation initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience leading AI‑enabled engineering transformation, including AI‑assisted software development, automation, value‑stream optimization, and organizational evolution.
• Strong executive leadership capabilities with experience building high‑performing organizations, leading change, influencing cross‑functional stakeholders, and communicating effectively with senior executives and boards.
• Working knowledge of quality engineering, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and operational excellence for mission‑critical, high‑volume commerce platforms.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with revenue‑generating platforms, technology investment strategy, AI ROI, vendor management, and hospitality commercial ecosystems.
