Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Delivery leader to drive cross-functional teams across product, delivery, architecture, and IT operations in the U.S. market. The role requires shaping the AI portfolio roadmap and aligning business strategy with technology capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in architect or developer roles, 5+ years leading delivery teams, and a track record of delivering high-value AI opportunities at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred, not required
• 5+ years of related experience in professional responsibility
• 5+ years in a technology architect and/or developer role
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Strategic leadership driving execution and delivery discipline
• Experience developing high-performing delivery teams
• Ability to manage complex portfolios, roadmaps, risks, and dependencies
• Ability to turn operational challenges into measurable AI solutions
• Ability to simplify complexity and deliver large-scale transformation
• Ability to drive alignment and rapid solutioning
• Ability to partner across teams to drive alignment and strategic direction

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Solutions Delivery across product, delivery, architecture, and technical teams
• Own the portfolio roadmap, execution plan, priorities, and delivery outcomes across multiple organizations
• Connect business strategy, technology capability, data needs, and operational priorities into one execution roadmap
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI opportunities
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, dependencies, risks, and barriers
• Establish governance, metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability across the AI portfolio
• Lead and supervise IT professionals across Agile, Software Design and Delivery, Tech Business Support, Database, Systems Architecture and Engineering, Systems Technical Support, and Software Delivery Project/Program Management
• Drive development, delivery, and optimization of IT operations aligned with organizational goals and innovation
