Job summary

Harris Computer in Rhode Island seeks an experienced senior leader to drive AI-enabled delivery across Corrections and Law Enforcement product lines. You will own the technology roadmap, governance, and the multi-team execution plan to accelerate value delivery.

Own release commitments across every development team.
Standardize development process, tooling, and engineering metrics.
Lead, mentor, and develop the development managers and directors.
Set and enforce quality standards covering code review, automated testing, and release readiness.
