Elmcor Youth & Adult Activities Inc is seeking a Vice President of Older Adult Services and Economic Development to lead strategic programs, secure funding, and guide organizational growth.

The VP will oversee program strategy, grants management, and external partnerships, reporting to the Chief Program Officer and collaborating with senior leadership to diversify funding and improve participant outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of five years leadership experience in a nonprofit, government, or philanthropy setting.

Mansioni

• Support Elmcor’s mission, values, and goals and assist in implementing the strategic plan.
• Supervise program staff and ensure program compliance and accountability.
• Manage grants, contracts and budget development/oversight with funders and partners.
• Oversee program operations, data alignment, and coordination with development and fiscal teams.
• Develop external relationships and represent the organization in community coalitions and public relations.
