Job summary

Spectrum Generations is a Maine-based Area Agency on Aging seeking a Vice President to lead multiple directors and service teams across federal, state, and local programs. This role drives strategy, budgets, and performance, with a focus on Older Americans Act, Medicare counseling, nutrition programs, and community-based supports.

The successful candidate will oversee operations, mentor teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with government partners to shape aging and disability

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience leading professional staff and multiple programs.
• Ability to use financial, operational, and performance data to drive decisions.
• Experience in regulated environments with accountability for compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership to Older Americans Act and Medicare programs.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams and manage multi-million dollar budgets.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and reporting.
• Use data and performance metrics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to shape service delivery.
