Job summary

Comunilife Inc. seeks a Vice President of Supportive Housing to oversee program management, quality improvement, and service delivery across AVPs and program directors.

The role ensures adherence to funding contracts, budgets, and performance metrics while fostering relationships with government entities and funders. The VP will collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, development, and supervision, and will participate in the Senior Management team to execute new program launches as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in mental health/ homeless services with at least 7 years in a management role.
• Strong administrative and service delivery experience; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead AVPs and Program Directors to ensure high-quality client services.
• Ensure compliance with NYS-OMH, NYC-DOHMH, Medicaid/Medicare, and other funding sources.
• Oversee Quality Improvement program and outcome measurement.
• Manage program budgets with Finance and HR; monitor expenses.
• Represent Comunilife at conferences and with funders.
• Collaborate with management to support facilities, procurement, and program operations.
