Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President Agility Lead to champion agile practices across multiple teams, coaching leaders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to improve focus, flow, and outcomes at scale. You will use data-driven facilitation to remove barriers, increase transparency, and help teams deliver high-quality work with confidence through backlog management, Jira dashboards, and disciplined ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
• 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Agile and Scrum.
• Experience leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams in a product delivery environment.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban, SAFe experience.
• Advanced Jira expertise including JQL and dashboard creation.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with process improvement capability.
• Ability to coach teams in practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Champion Scrum adherence across teams.
• Lead and coach 4-5 Scrum teams across product areas.
• Facilitate inclusive, productive, time-boxed Scrum ceremonies.
• Identify and remove impediments while tracking dependencies.
• Coach teams to deliver high-value increments with a Definition of Done.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Improve delivery transparency with Jira hygiene, dashboards, reporting.
• Monitor agile health metrics and guide continuous improvement experiments.
• Strengthen Scrum practices to meet shared goals and outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders through clear communication and structured decisions.
• Teach problem-solving techniques and promote data-driven learning.
