Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President Agility Lead in Agile Delivery to champion agile practices across multiple teams in New York. You will coach leaders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to improve planning, execution, and continuous improvement, using data and facilitation to remove barriers and drive high-quality outcomes.

You will lead 4–5 Scrum teams, manage backlogs with stakeholders, and enhance transparency with Jira dashboards.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent agile certification).
• 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams in a product delivery environment.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban, including SAFe experience.
• Advanced Jira expertise, including JQL and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Champion consistent adherence to Scrum principles across teams.
• Lead and coach 4–5 Scrum teams across one or two product areas.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure inclusivity and time-boxing.
• Identify and remove impediments while tracking dependencies to keep delivery moving.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent agile certification)
• 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Agile and Scrum practices
• Experience leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams in a product delivery environment
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban, including experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Advanced Jira expertise, including Jira Query Language (JQL) and dashboard creation
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with demonstrated process improvement capability
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams in practical problem-solving techniques
• Commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to build that mindset across teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience coaching Product Owners and leaders on product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-based planning
• Experience using agile metrics (for example, cycle time, throughput, predictability) to guide improvement
• Experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams and shared dependencies
• Experience supporting teams through change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
