Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of commercial lending experience with demonstrated production success.
• Ability to source, structure, and close commercial loans.
• Strong credit acumen with experience in complex credit structures.
• Established local market network and presentation to loan committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow a profitable commercial loan and deposit portfolio.
• Originate, structure, and close complex commercial credit facilities across industries.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for middle-market and commercial clients.
• Proactively source new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Lead client conversations as a trusted financial advisor with tailored banking solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and industry trends to guide lending decisions.
• Present and defend credit recommendations to senior officers and loan committees.
• Maintain portfolio management including risk rating accuracy and covenant compliance.
• Partner with analysts, portfolio managers, treasury, and leadership to deliver client solutions.
• Mentor junior lenders and support team development.
