Qualifikationen

• Proven Commercial or Agricultural Lender with development ability and/or banking management experience
• Solid, steady, 'non-hoppy' employment history admired
• Contacts and networks in your geographical area desired
• Bachelor's Degree and some banking schools desired but experience trumps degree

• Develop and manage commercial and agricultural lending relationships in the assigned territory
• Represent the bank in a new LPO to build a local market presence and drive growth
• Provide leadership in lending decisions while maintaining compliance and risk controls
