Qualifications

• 2+ years as Ag or Commercial Loan Officer.
• Strong credit experience and business development mindset.
• Ability to expand loans and cross-sell bank products.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation and confirm credit worthiness.
• Inform applicant of additional requirements and improve documentation.
• Approve loans by issuing checks or forwarding to loan committee and answer questions.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
