Qualifications

• 2+ years as Ag or Commercial Loan Officer.
• Strong credit experience and business development mindset.
• Ability to expand loans and client relationships; cross-sell bank products.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with sales, processing, and closing in agricultural finance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation to confirm credit worthiness.
• Inform applicants of additional requirements and improve documentation.
• Approve loans by issuing checks or forwarding to loan committee; answer questions.
• Develop and expand an established portfolio with opportunity for advancement.
